Fort Boonesborough Raider Event

Saturday April 20, 2013 the Rockcastle County High JROTC Raider Team traveled to Fort Boonesborough for a Raider event hosted by George Rogers Clark High School. RCHS Presents “A Night At The Movies” Fundraiser Concert

RCHS Seniors Tour NYC

On Friday, April 26th, sixty one RCHS seniors traveled to New York City.  They attended a Broadway show, a dinner cruise, saw the Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Memorial, among many other area attractions.  They are scheduled to return on Tuesday April 30th.

RCHS Library Hosts Second Annual “Spring into Reading” Event

Students Excel at SkillsUSA State Leadership Conference

On April 3rd, Curtis Miller represented Rockcastle SkillsUSA at the State Leadership Conference in Louisville.  Curtis competed in Job Demo A demonstrating the procedure for using an oxy-acetelyne torch and placed 1st in the state. Sara Hammond Day!

Tuesday, April 9th was Red Day at Rockcastle County Schools in support of former student Sara Hammond, current starting forward for the University of Louisville Women’s Basketball Team.  The Lady Cardinals played in the NCAA National Championship game against UCONN.
