    RCHS Students Advance to Governor’s Cup

    The Rockcastle County High School Academic Team had three students advance to the State Governor’s Cup:

  •  Sarah Pigg – Composition
  • Aaron Adkisson – Social Studies
  • Jessica Bentley – Social Studies

    RCMS/RCHS Band Students Perform at the 2013 KMEA District Solo and Ensemble Festival

    Recently students from the RCMS and RCHS Band programs performed for judges at the 2013 KMEA Solo and Ensemble Festival held at Lexington Catholic High School on February 16th. Rockcastle had over 20 performances throughout the day and received 17 Distinguished Rated performances and 7 Proficient Rated performances.     RCHS Student Signs With Bethel University

    McKenzie, Tenn. –The Bethel University Bass Fishing program signed Ricky Harris of Berea, Kentucky Monday.  He attends Rockcastle High School in Mount Vernon, Kentucky.  He is the son of Rick and Iola Harris of Berea and will major in Business Administration at Bethel.
