RES Student Wins Speech Contest
RES student, Shelby Newland, won the championship for the 4-H Speech Contest -11 year old group. She will be traveling to the University of Kentucky in July for the State Communications Day to compete with others her age. Her speech is near and dear to her heart, titled Don’t Let a Speech Delay Interfere with your Goals.
