Electrical Technology Students Build Bee Boxes

In collaboration with Local Honey Producer Doug Brock the Electrical Technology (construction 2) class had the opportunity to put technical skills into real life practice. Students assembled and built bee boxes. They used technical skills such as: Reading and following blueprint instructions, measuring, using hand and Pneumatic tools. They also used 21st Century soft skills such as: Team work, leadership, time management, and work ethic. We would like to thank Doug Brock for the opportunity to serve local business owners and learn more about the vital role bees have in our environment.
