Hospital Establishes Call Center for COVID-19 Concerns

To help ease the concerns of our community, Rockcastle Regional Hospital has set up a call center to answer personal health questions related to the COVID-19 situation.

The public can call (606) 256-7385 during the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm, 7 days a week if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, cough, shortness of breath, headache, body aches, runny nose, or sore throat. A medical professional answering the call will assess your symptoms and advise you of the steps you should follow.

Please be patient as we are handling a high volume of calls and want to give everyone the time they deserve.

Additionally, the State of Kentucky offers a COVID-19 hotline that is operated by the healthcare professionals at the Kentucky Poison Control Center who can provide advice and answer questions. If you call the Rockcastle Regional hotline outside the hours it is open, your call will be forwarded to the state’s hotline.
