Preschool Students Make Care Packages for Deployed Sailors

Preschool student Tessa Begley’s father, Bryan Begley, is currently deployed with US Navy on the USS Cowpens until spring. All of the MVES preschool classes brought in items for care packages to be mailed to Tessa’s father and other sailors on his ship. Their ship is currently helping with relief efforts in the Philippines. Our students brought in enough goodies for FOUR care packages. We are so thankful for his sacrifice and those serving with him! We also made cards to tell the sailors thank you and happy holidays!
