Attention all RCHS Parents!
It is time to elect parent representatives to serve on the RCHS SBDM Council. The council is a chance to learn about our school, work closely with teachers, and help make our school even more successful than it is now. The parent members are elected by parents. They receive training and will serve from July 1, 2017-June 30, 2018. The parent election will be held on May 2nd. On this day, any parent of an RCHS student in the 2017-2018 school year may come to the office to vote. The time for voting on this day will be from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Submit your nomination in writing, signed, to the principal by 3:00 p.m., April 14th, 2017.
Anyone who is the parent/guardian of a child who will be enrolled in Rockcastle County High School for the 2017-2018 school year is eligible to serve on the council or to nominate someone to serve on the council.
Parent members of the council cannot be relatives of the Rockcastle County High School staff members.
