RCMS UNITE Club Hosts Contest to Benefit Those in Need

The RCMS Unite Club held an Ugly Christmas Sweater and Ugly Christmas Hat contest before the break.  Proceeds were given to the RCMS Youth Services Center to purchase shoes for kids who may need them.  Club Officers Lindsey Jones, Alexa Bussell and Camden Mink collected the entry fees from students.  The competition was really tough and the winners were chosen by the Unite officers and sponsors.  The Ugly Christmas Hat winner was Taylor Sloat and the Ugly Christmas Sweater Winners were Kaylan Bullock and Alyssa Bugg.  Taylor won a $10 iTunes card courtesy of the PTG and Kaylan and Alyssa won $15 Wal-Mart cards donated by the Unite Club.  PTG also donated two $25 Mixed Bags gift cards to our two teacher winners Mr. Shawn Burdette and Mrs. Serenity Hopkins.    Other students who made the top nine finalists were Ben Ballard, Aden Thompson, Natalie Tolle, Mya Hunt, Emma Phillips and Joseph Pickle.  Thanks to all who participated!
