Fourth graders have been studying the parts of the human eye. Mrs. Brooke Bishop, eighth grade science teacher at the middle school, visited them and dissected a cow’s eye! Fourth grader, Tatum Bishop, told us the dissection was gross and cool at the same time. Another student, Logan Poynter, thought it was cool too. He told us that there was a little hole in the back of the eye. Tatum shared that there was a shimmery coating protecting the hole. The fourth grade students thought the whole lesson was a fun learning experience!
