Other awards given to the chapter were to chapter member Karen Adams and Roundstone student Emma Hackworth.  Mrs. Adams was recognized with two state awards for her Hidden Among Us Series in the Signal and also for outstanding chapter newsletter.  Miss Hackworth won the state award for the 5th grade level in the American History Essay Contest.  She will represent Kentucky in the National District judging later this summer.  The chapter also won second place in the state for the most new members by number in their district.
