District Spelling Bee Results

The District Spelling Bee took place Friday, February 8, 2013 at the Rockcastle Teaching & Learning Center.

    2012 Jim Claypool Conservation Art Contest

    Congratulations to Kelsey Carlton, Aliah Bray and Jacob Lopez from Mrs. Breanna Adams’ 4th grade classroom at Brodhead Elementary. Their posters were chosen as the winners of the 2012 Jim Claypool Conservation Art Contest.  They will represent BES at the county level.  Awards will be presented at a banquet next spring.

    BES Native American Culture Day

    The sounds of drumming, introductions to Native American life, and a vision of a teepee occupied the Brodhead Elementary courtyard providing the elementary students a first-hand look at the Native American culture as a part of National American Indian Heritage Week.
