RCMS BRAVO Students Fill Shoeboxes for Needy Children

Rockcastle County Middle School students in Mrs. Vanessa Bullock’s 6th, 7th, and 8th grade BRAVO classes filled shoeboxes with school supplies, hygiene items, and novelty items to bring joy to children around the world who are living in poverty.

Berea College Students Visit RCMS BRAVO Classes

6th Grade BRAVO Students Study Forensics

RCMS Explores Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s “The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle”

Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Math and Science BRAVO have been reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s “The Adventure of the Blue Carbuncle” and acting out the story to gain a better understanding of this 1892 detective story. This activity will prepare the students for their upcoming forensics evidence study.

Students Create Scale Model of Washington National Cathedral

Stormi Begley, Nichole Griffin, and Aden Amburgey created a scale model of the Washington National Cathedral for their 8th grade Math/Science BRAVO project.
