“Hit the Books” Reading Program at MVES

Mrs. Kathy’s and Mrs. Kaci’s classes at Mt. MVPD Donates to MVES Snack Pack Program

Mt. Vernon Police Department raised money during the 2016 Bittersweet Festival with a dunking booth with over $300 raised.  The police officers wanted to give back to the kids so the decision was made to purchased items for Mt. MVES Preschoolers Are 100 Years Old!

MVES Kindergartners Have a Giving Spirit

MVES Kindergarten & 5th Grade Christmas Fun

Miss Kami & Ms. Lisa’s kindergarten students sang Christmas carols to Mr. Thomas Coffey’s 5th grade students. His students also read Christmas stories to Kindergarten and made a craft.

MVES Places 1st in County Academic Meet

The Mt. Academic Team practices each Tuesday from 3:00 until 4:30.

After School Tutoring is each Thursday until 4:30.

Pentatones Christmas Concert will be Friday, December 9 at 1:30.

4-H Speech Contest for 4th and 5th grades is Tuesday, December 13 at 6:00 at MVES.
