Mrs. Cowan’s Students Write Bat Poems

MVES 2nd Graders Visit Salt Petre Cave

Mt. Vernon Elementary School 2nd Graders took a field trip last week to Salt Petre Cave.  Mrs. Paula Cowan’s class is shown outside the cave entrance. The students had a great time learning about the history of the cave as well as searching for bats.  The class would like to thank the guides who provided such an awesome tour!

MVES Students Perform Shakespeare Shorties-The Tempest
