Students in Mr. Bottoms’ science classes dissected sea lamprey and yellow perch as a part of their life science unit. The students compared the external and internal structures of the creatures. The students have been studying how sea lamprey are causing problems in the Great Lakes as an invasive species.

Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Math and Science Bravo designed and built Rube Goldberg machines. The machine requirements were: must contain at least 3 simple machines and 2 energy transfers, must contain at least 5 separate steps, and must complete an end task.
