Mrs. Kathy’s and Mrs. Kaci’s classes are participating in the Lexington Legends “Hit the Books” reading program. Big L visited the classes to deliver their bookmarks and to encourage them to spend time reading. He challenged each student to read at least 4 books in order to earn tickets for their family to attend a Legends game.

Mrs. McQueary’s 2nd grade class had the honor of having Country Charlie, Avery Napier’s Papaw, visit their classroom. He played his guitar, sang, and told some interesting stories. We had a super great time. Thank you, Mr. Napier.
