Rockcastle County High School will host a College Information Night on Tuesday, September 23rd from 6:30-7:30 in the RCHS Auditorium. A representative from the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority, Keith Ritchie, will talk about financial aid and KHEAA resources. All high school students and their guardians are invited to attend.

The RCHS girls’ cross-country team placed 9th at the Franklin County Invitational out of approximately 40 schools on Saturday at the Ky. Horse Park. The girls finished 2nd among all Class 2A schools that competed and are now ranked #1 in Class 2A Region 5. Tori Dotson, Sierra Mercer, Kensie Sheffield, Taylor Bullock, and Autumn Courtney all ran a personal best times.
Congratulations to the RCHS Marching Rockets on their strong start to the season as they premiered their 2014 Show “Pyramids of Egypt” this past Saturday! They won 2nd place in ClassAAA-1 competition at North Laurel’s Marching Invitational.
