We are thrilled to announce a series of significant improvements for our dedicated staff in the upcoming years. Starting July 1, 2024, all certified and classified employees will receive a 4% raise, equaling a 10% raise over the past four years. Our new variable school calendar means fewer instructional days with the same pay, providing more flexibility and a better work-life balance.
We’re also introducing a Rocket Launch Rank Change for certified employees, ensuring timely
salary adjustments, and expanding our pay levels for instructional assistants as they pursue teacher certification. Competitive salaries, the NBCT stipend, and new benefits like bus driver field trip pay and extra service pay for after-hours work are all part of our commitment to supporting our Rockets.
