Rockcastle ATC FBLA members took part in an inspiring leadership trip to the EKU Challenge Course on Friday, November 1st, where they experienced a unique opportunity to develop essential skills in teamwork, communication, and critical thinking. Throughout the day, students faced a series of demanding challenges that required them to collaborate and communicate effectively to overcome obstacles. These activities fostered a sense of camaraderie and trust, enabling members to build stronger connections with each other.
By tackling real-time problem-solving tasks, participants refined their leadership capabilities and learned the value of strategizing and thinking critically. This immersive experience not only enhanced their ability to lead but also underscored the power of collaboration and open communication in reaching shared goals—an invaluable lesson for future leaders in the Rockcastle community.
