The Rockcastle County Schools community once again embraced the spirit of giving during the 24th Annual Kenna’s Kitchen Thanksgiving Dinner, a cherished tradition that unites students, staff, and families in service. The district came together to cook, pack, and deliver over 1,700 meals across our community, ensuring that everyone could enjoy a warm, festive meal this holiday season.
This event, led by the exceptional efforts of Mrs. Regina Hull-Brown, continues to be a cornerstone of compassion and community connection. Students collected food donations with enthusiasm, while staff members dedicated their time to preparing and packaging meals. Together, they delivered Thanksgiving dinners throughout Rockcastle County, spreading joy and togetherness to friends and neighbors.
Rockcastle County Schools extends heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Hull-Brown for her unwavering leadership and to everyone who contributed to the success of this year’s Kenna’s Kitchen. As we celebrate this season of gratitude, we wish everyone a warm, joyful, and blessed Thanksgiving, filled with love and the spirit of giving.
