Rockcastle County High School student Kaylee Jay Hargis submitted a banner design for the Kentucky School Boards Association (KSBA) Conference, representing the district with creativity and talent. The artwork, inspired by the 2024 theme, "Keys to Success," was displayed in a special gallery at the event, featured in conference communications, and printed in a commemorative conference booklet.

Kaylee’s participation in this statewide showcase highlighted the strength of the arts program at RCHS and demonstrated the incredible talent of Rockcastle County students. Congratulations to Kaylee on this outstanding accomplishment!
